“Little information beforehand but actually well executed on the day of the tour. There was not much “guided tour” . Once there and given directions youre on your own for the next 4 to 4 1/2 hrs. There was little to no “tour of Honolulu which was supposed to be to be 1 hr. I guess that “ tour “ was the ride back thru downtown in Heavy Traffic ! One brief stop at one of the kings statue.”

Afterwards, she took us on a great drive to see the other side of the mountains via the tunnels with a drive through of the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific. We loved the whole experience. “The excursion was excellent. Here was the issue: The pickup point caused some nerve racking moments! The Hyatt Regency as a pick-up point was way, way to inexact. This was a huge property. The location on the map pointed to a place across the street from the Duke Kahanaomku statue at Waikiki Beach. That was NOT, NOT the place. The place was BEHIND the hotel on Koa Avenue. The directions and the paperwork sent to me by Viator said NOTHING of meeting on the Koa Avenue side!! This has me very scared because I have address for excursions I have chartered in both Paris and Rome in a few weeks.…”
